The NXA Pro aims to provide the user with a fast and simple operation, as well as having access to advanced functions and capabilities, such as the OmniView™ and the VertiZontal Moves™, and probably the best power management system in the market place.
The graphical user interface is shown off on a 6,5” transreflective display screen with icons and symbols to guide you, in other words, no text is involved.
The adaptive user interface will guide you throughout the measurement and alignment process.
We have fitted the NXA Pro with gyros and can, therefore, adapt the screen view from the same side that the user is positioned – our OmniView™ function, i.e. the system knows where it is in relation to the machine.

Power management system
The NXA Pro has a power management system that will make your life so much easier! The display unit has a 10 hour continuous battery operating time, and should the need arise during an alignment job; the display unit can be express charged to an 80% capacity in one hour. The sensor units will last for 24 hours minimum thanks to the long-life batteries.

Two Probe Connectors All models of the NORTEC 600 come with the standard LEMO 16-way universal connector, as well as a BNC connector for absolute probes. Simply select the connector in the instrument interface. When reading from the BNC connector, the instrument features automatic internal balancing for hassle-free operation. The 16-way LEMO connector also supports the PowerLink NORTEC technology, which features automatic probe recognition and instrument presets for quicker setups.

FLIR cameras are designed and factory calibrated for accurate temperature measurements and thermal imaging. When maintained with FLIR’s annual calibration services, they will be highly reliable in spotting thermal anomalies and other temperature phenomena. Without proper maintenance and calibration, accurate measurements cannot be assured.

FLIR´s exclusive 14-Point Inspection & Calibration program uses temperature references that are calibrated annually and traceable to the SP Technical Research Institute of Sweden, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The program includes the following steps:

Verify standard lens calibration (others or special engineered lenses, optional)
Verify ambient temperature compensation as needed
Re-calibration to ensure it meets factory specification
Calibrate temperature ranges up to +1,500°C, when applicable
Perform quality approved acceptance test procedure
Provide calibration label with next due date
