Dengan Kalibrasi Vanguard CT-7000: Digital Circuit Breaker Analyzer secara periodik, customer akan mendapatkan kepastian mengenai hasil pengukuran alat tersebut.

The Vanguard CT-7000: Digital Circuit Breaker Analyzer is a microprocessor-based, digital time travel, circuit breaker analyzer. The CT7000 can fully analyze a utility circuit breaker’s performance by measuring: the contact time, stroke, velocity, over-travel, bounce-back and contact wipe.
The contact motion analysis includes: Open, Close, Open-Close, Close-Open and OpenClose-Open operations. A timing window is selectable between one second, ten second and
twenty second periods. The ten and twenty second windows allow timing of long events such as
circuit switcher contacts.

The CT-7000 applies a test voltage of 35 Vdc to each of the contact channels thus allowing an
analog-to-digital converter (A/D) to determine if a close, an open or an insertion resistor was the
state of contact. The CT-7000 records into the memory 10,000 readings from the A/Ds and the
transducer position counters. The contact time, circuit breaker stroke and velocity is then derived
from the data that was stored in the memory.
The CT-7000 uses an up-down counter to sense the breaker’s transducer reading. The CT7000 travel transducer employs optical encoders to send quadrature signals to the CT-7000’s
counters. With the use of digital transducers and counters, the need to set up or calibrate the
transducers is eliminated.
A built-in, initiate circuit allows the user to operate the circuit breakers. Since the solid-state
circuit is controlled by a microprocessor, the CT-7000 can perform multiple contact operations
with ease. The initiate circuit is fuse protected for trip and close operations. The user is required
to hold the “ARM” switch during a test to complete the initiate circuit as a safety feature

The CT-7000 Series 2 is a third generation, stand-alone, microcomputer-driven EHV Circuit-Breaker Analyzer. It is inexpensive and easy to use. The CT-7000 is available in models with 3 dry contacts (CT7000-3), 6 dry contacts (CT-7000-6), or 12 dry-contact inputs (CT-7000-12). The CT-7000 fully analyzes circuit-breaker performance: contact time, stroke, velocity, over-travel, and contact wipe. Contact-motion analysis includes: Open, Close, Open-Close, Close-Open, and Open-Close-Open. The CT-7000 timing window is selectable: 1-second, 10-second, or 20-second periods. The 10-second and 20-second timing windows allow timing of long duration events (Circuit-Switcher contacts).

The NXA Pro aims to provide the user with a fast and simple operation, as well as access to advanced functions and capabilities, such as the OmniView™ and the VertiZontal Moves™, and probably the best power management system in the marketplace.

OmniView™

The graphical user interface is shown off on a 6,5” transflective display screen with icons and symbols to guide you, in other words, no text is involved.

The adaptive user interface will guide you throughout the measurement and alignment process.

We have fitted the NXA Pro with gyros and can, therefore, adapt the screen view from the same side that the user is positioned – our OmniView™ function, i.e. the system knows where it is in relation to the machine.

VertiZontal Moves™

We are especially proud of the function – VertiZontal Moves™ – where you only have to measure once before making the required vertical and horizontal adjustments. The NXA Pro has a power management system that will make your life so much easier! The display unit has a 10-hour continuous battery operating time, and should the need arise during an alignment job; the display unit can be express charged to an 80% capacity in one hour.
