🔹 Modul 1: Dasar-Dasar Alignment Mekanis

  • Definisi alignment dan misalignment
  • Jenis misalignment: angular, parallel, axial, soft foot
  • Dampak misalignment: vibrasi, keausan bearing, seal failure, konsumsi energi
  • Terminologi teknis: TIR, offset, runout, dial reading

🔹 Modul 2: Metode Alignment Manual

  • Teknik straightedge dan feeler gauge
  • Dial indicator method: face & rim, reverse dial
  • Perhitungan offset dan angularity
  • Koreksi soft foot dan thermal growth
  • Studi kasus: alignment pompa dan motor secara manual

🔹 Modul 3: Laser Alignment Technology

  • Prinsip kerja laser alignment system
  • Komponen sistem: transmitter, detector, display unit
  • Prosedur alignment horizontal dan vertical
  • Live move dan dynamic measurement
  • Dokumentasi hasil alignment digital
  • Studi kasus: alignment gearbox, compressor, fan
